A self-styled Japanese Ramen Consultant living in Manila. Last year, he listed his top 10 ramen with Ramen Nagi topping the list. But with a number of new and authentic restaurants popping up, here is some of Gaku-san’s top ramen for 2015! 5. Mendokoro Ramenba Mendokoro has tonkotsu-based ramen with chashu. The restaurant looks just like a Japanese-style kitchen and it reminds me of a good ramen restaurant in Japan, Afuri. The taste of the broth and chasu is very nice.”

The perfect place to while away the hours chatting and relaxing a group of friends or even work colleagues. We went for lunch at 12 noon to get something to try their limited offer of new Tapa Festival such as Tapa Flakes and Tapa Bacon that you can only taste it until December 31, 2015.  I don’t know what it is about their garlic rice that makes it so good but I just find it different from the usual.  I personally love the garlic
