I also love American food. But that doesn’t mean a colonial mentality, alright? My weaknesses are barbeque ribs and potato fries! That is why the menu of food at the Carol’s Texan 5 makes me always hungry as a bear!
Despite the heavy rains due to typhoon, we still managed to attend the first bloggers’ buffet hosted by Carol’s Texan 5 at their main branch in 2F 713 J. Abad Santos St., Barangay Little Baguio, San Juan.
And it is worth all the hardships of my travel from North area at the height of a typhoon. 🙂
Aside from tasting Texan food at Carol’s, we also met the woman behind it, none other than, Ms. Carol Chan!
Below are just few of my favorite mouth-watering food at Carol’s Texan and oh, so much for my so-called diet!
Dynamite Wings with Fries (or Rice)- During the buffet, I picked three wings and dressed it with white sauce! Can’t help it but to get more.
Ultimate Texan Ribs- Oh men, this really something great! The meat is so soft that I did not even chewed it!
Oh I would really love to share this food trip, burp to sawa experience at Carol’s Texan with my colleagues and friends. It is not just the food are great but they are affordable too.

It had truly rained cats and dogs but it was all worth it, I absolutely fell for Ms. Carol’s Ultimate ribs, really fall-off-the-bones! Hmmm, so yummy good! And I also loved the photo balloons they gave to us with our photos on them. Really cute! 🙂
