Make your chicken recipe creamy and more healthy with mushroom.

 

Ingredients:

2 cup oil

9pcs chicken fingers

3 cup cooked leftover rice

1 can condensed cream of mushroom

1 cup quickmelt cheese, grated

 

Procedure:

1.  Deep fry chicken fingers  in hot oil until golden brown.

2. Drain oil on paper towels.

3. Top fried chicken fingers on rice then pour over condensed cream of mushroom.

4. Top with grated cheese then baked until the cheese melts and browns slightly.

5. Serves 3 to 4 persons.
